Supersmallsites Terms of Service

Opening an account with Supersmallsites is considered acceptance of these terms.

Whereas:

a.) Supersmallsites (PriceFile Inc., dba Supersmallsites, Minneapolis, Minnesota) is a company with the means to provide such services as: website design, hosting, and general ongoing support for same to businesses and individuals who require such services.

b.) Such services are available to any persons or entity who may require them- hereafter referred to as the "Client", at the stated rate of pay.

c.) The provision of these services to the Client is hereafter referred to as the "Agreement".

1. The Client agrees that they enter freely into this Agreement with Supersmallsites, and that the Client indemnifies Supersmallsites against any claim of damage, failure, loss of business, or general hardship of any kind related or unrelated to the Agreement, and absolves Supersmallsites of any liability for same.

2. Supersmallsites agrees to provide such services as it is willing and able to, for the term of the Agreement, at the stated rate of pay. Supersmallsites agrees to make every reasonable effort on behalf of the Client, such as pertains to the Agreement. Supersmallsites makes no guarantees as to the suitability, durability or relevance of their services, and is not responsible or liable for the Clients ability or inability to make best use of them.

3. Either the Client or Supersmallsites may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with 30 days notice. Supersmallsites further asserts its right of sole discretion to terminate the agreement with, take down the site of, or report to the proper authorities any Client who: posts sexual, lewd or generally explicit content, pirated software or files of pirated music or movies, distributes spam, solicits illegal activities, engages in fraudulant trade, or otherwise abuses their account for unreasonable or generally disruptive activities, at any time, without notice. Any Client who is unclear about the suitability of their site content for a Supersmallsites account should query Supersmallsites before opening an account.
